服務品質非常糟糕

九月在hotels上完成訂房，第一次致電旅店告知相關需求，旅店回覆已備註沒問題，出發前一週「再次」致電旅店，確保需求無誤入住順暢，旅店也「再次」回覆已確認訂單有備註沒問題，可安心入住，到了當天辦理入住時，櫃台服務人員重複強調訂單上沒有任何備註，原本相關需求房型已讓別人辦理入住，無限重複沒有任何備註，態度非常惡劣，最後還丟了一句：之後致電麻煩確認是哪位人員跟您接洽的，這種服務態度及致電兩次還是疏失的品質，真是讓人不敢領教！

慢旅行，看日出。

飯店外觀為藍白色地中海建築，各樓層設有露臺可觀星、看火車，房間大小適中，晚上的自然風很涼爽，與隔壁曙光飯店共用腳踏車、洗烘衣等設施設備，非常適合安排一趟慢旅行，入住後隔日早起至曙光天台看日出哦！
