Brilliant room. spotlessly clean and well presented. Special shout to Brad at reception, who lent me a cell phone charger in the night when I realised I'd forgotten mine.

The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in outside of my own with a good choice of pillow size. The bathroom was clean but needs the bath removed and replaced by a new shower and the drainage was a little slow to drain. It was a great place to stay convenient and comfortable

Overall I am shocked that they treated me as they did. I cancelled this booking twice to ensure it was cancelled and then was billed for a booking that had been cancelled 9 months prior. If a phone call and message do not suffice then what does??
I lovely place to visit that is within easy driving distance from Dunedin and the airport
