一進房間房間有煙味，房間屬於舊式旅館重新裝潢，當初因為網站上面標註有免費停車才下訂，結果到現場才發現，停車位不足，飯店房間應該有60幾間，停車位置約莫10個左右而已，向店家反應，態度卻輕浮說自己去外面停車格找找⋯⋯ 有反應要在訂房網站上面寫負評，櫃檯的先生會回說：好啊～（傻眼）

有驚無險的住宿

辦入住手續時出了岔子, 我們訂了兩間房間(一行六人當中有兩位小朋友), 酒店竟然說沒有, 只有一間, 但我是同一個訂單號, 不是分開的, 但查了二十分鐘左右, 都說沒有, 及當晚房間已爆滿, 我們叫她再查都沒有, 及說已打去HOTEL.COM確認, 然後叫我再與HOTEL.COM確認, 但一時三刻我那裡找電話, 然後, 酒店幫我們致電HOTEL.COM, 我再與客服確認, 在確認途中, 櫃門小姐突然說又找到了, 是兩間房, 她說是HOTEL.COM分開了兩次發給她們, 但已擾攘了半個小時. 但總之, 嚇死我們了. 希望酒店或HOTEL.COM要注意一下, 免得發生任何誤會, 誤了行程. 酒店房間大, 舒適及整潔, 有浴缸, 水力又很好, 床又不會太軟. 早餐款式都不錯, 有不同選擇. 酒店外, 還有不同食肆及店鋪, 方便.
