"Extremely spacious room for hk hotel standard. Arrived early at 10am and was lucky to check-in the room immediately. Friendly staff. 5-10min walk to multiple tube stations. Very close to tourist attractions."

"Allison was the MVP of our trip! Since we had a family room, one side of the room didn’t have good WiFi reception, signals dropped often. I talked to Allison at front desk, she immediately followed up for me and after putting a extender the signal was much better. Overall the hotel staffs including pool staffs were very courteous and friendly. I also appreciate the dehumidifier in the room - make the stay more pleasant in this weather. I understand it’s an older hotel so the room isn’t in the greatest condition but we overall had a comfortable stay. "
