"Nice hotel in a good location, lots of history. Parts of the hotel and rooms require maintenance and updating. Food was good, we had an evening meal and breakfast and choices and quality were pretty good. Overall the hotel is clinging on to 4* status but but still good value for money. We found the staff in every part of the hotel to be polite and friendly and professional."

Two things need improvement: Big pothole at the front entrance, which I missed and drove into bottoming out the car. Secondly, the parking entrance/area could be smoother, jagged rocks and bumpy terrain. Don't show up with low profile tires/performace car, could be problematic... otherwise park on the street... Overall a hidden gem!!, well situated between Zahara and Tarifa, letting you take advantage of both cities."
