"I loved the location of the property as it was high up on a hill and the views of the sea are amazing and views of the mountains and the different villages and golf courses were fantastic. The staff were amazing and very nice and friendly! I particularly liked Victoria and Christian who both worked so hard and treated me like family! Kudos to them. I will definitely come back to stay at your hotel!"

"I was disappointed overall with the El Rancho apartments. The apartment was very small, the kitchen was tiny and very poorly equipped to cook for yourself. There were broken sockets in the apartment and it is in need of a refresh. The apartment was not representative of the photographs shown on the Hotels.com website and I would not either recommend or stay again."

"The hotel communal areas were clean. The apartment bedroom and bathroom were clean, although there was the common bad odour in the bathroom. The bedroom was very comfortable. The outside balcony was spacious and had nice patio chairs and table. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, cutlery and crockery. There was no tea, coffee or bathroom products. The dining table and cabinets were good although the dark wood made the interior feel dark. The tv was great with a good selection of...

"The room itself, and what appeared to be the only one lady staff member were excellent and very attentive. The hotel felt more like an institution rather than a bright and open welcoming building too far away from restaurants and other amenities. And as a result way too overpriced. I have stayed in hotels in Estopana at half the price were more pleasant."
