"HORRIBLE. DICEN QUE TIENEN SAUNA, SPA, GIMNASIO.. LLEGAMOS Y DICEN QUE NO TIENEN NADA DE ESO QUE LO ESTÁN "RENOVANDO" NO INCLUYE NI AGUA SIQUIERA. LES PONGO UN 0 !!"
"We stayed here for a single day in December. The staff were fantastic and friendly. The food on the roof was also high quality. Perfect spot to park bags and go see the pyramids! "
"The room was really nice and the breakfast was amazing. I fully recommend this place and I'm sure to stay here the next time that I visit Cairo. Thank you!"
"The Staff were very helpful, warm & friendly.
Reviewing "The area" is complicated...
The hotel is in a very nice gated area, but the middle of Giza/Cairo does have its issues.
To have a view of The Pyramids from the hotel, and to be within quick walking distance of The Pyramids & The Sphinx, beats those issues."
"It was very bad experience. It's nothing lik pic the carpet are really dirty the room super tiny the AC is not working the property is so old in everything furniture bedding. No shower gel or shampoo. The fridge is empty even no water bottles. i don't advise anyone to try it "

"This was our first time staying here and the staff was very welcoming. Sabry was great! He helped us out with scheduling our excursions. He set us up with a wonderful tour guide Sara. The only thing I would do differently is stay a fee more days!!!"
"We had an upgrade to executive suites, with breakfast and dinner inclusive.
Room cleaning was done regularly. The female head of the executive suites was ver polite and supportive. "
"My medication i had with me from Norway was taken from my room and I forgot my Nike shoes that cost me 200 dollars and on the last day my kids were in the hotel shop and the guy that worked there tried to take my daughters money from her pocket. My daughter came up to the room and were shocked and I told her come with me we can go back she said no I don’t want to buy anything anymore. I am sad that the hotel I always stay at does something like this. I’m not going there anymore even though I like some of the staff and they are very nice like Sayed and Shihab and the new girls at the reception and Taha and Abdulrahman, Ahmad Moza and manager Samar. Thank you I am still sad that I have to write something like that "
"The view of the pyramids from the rooftop dining area was breathtaking. The staff is hospitable, kind, and very helpful. The room was clean and well-kept. The neighbourhood in which the hotel is located is not for the faint of heart; there you might experience a culture shock like I did. Horse and buggy, camels, and tuktuks are prevalent modes of transportation in the neighbouring street, so you will inevitably step on a road apple or two if you take a walk down to the shops. I felt safe and comfortable inside the room at night, and the neighbourhood was really quiet at night."
