The good thing about the suite is it is centrally located and clean. However, had a terrible experience with the dogs barking at night from the outside. Felt uneasy with it due to lack of sleep. Not so comfortable with our stay. Also, The host wasn’t so accommodating and didn’t know her job well. I just hope that the owner would at least have done some actions from the noise outside plus the staff should be well taught on dealing customer service and meeting client’s needs attentively. Over-all it was a horrible experience for me.

Thanks Wil's Suites

Thanks Wil's Suites (and to Ate Jenet, she was the one who assisted us during our stay). Though the weather was a bit bad due to the LPA "Usman", our trip/stay was good and enjoyable. The whole family enjoyed our stay and Tagaytay trip. My only suggestion is to improve the TV reception and can you include free WiFi also. Also, we were given limited pillows, kumot and towels. We were 7 (6 adults and 1 child) in the family room however, there were only 4 pillows and 2 kumots & towels. We had to request additional items though we were only given additional 2 towels and 2 pillows..Thanks.

If you just want some place to stay here in tagaytay, this will be a right place for you. No disturbance or such.
