We own all 4 units in the private, gated property. One other unit accepts guests and other 2 are closed for private use when family go (rarely) to Tagaytay. Open spaces may be shared if there are guest in one other unit, otherwise the whole place is exclusive to you.

Construction noise coming from next door was horrible. Tried to sleep in late after a late night but couldn't it was so loud. The last night we saw a couple cockroaches in the kitchen and a slug coming out of the bathroom on the first floor. I let the owner know. Aside from that it was nice
