You reserve 1 whole house per booking (no house sharing). Open spaces in the property are parking, garden and gazebo.

We own all 4 units in the private, gated property. One other unit accepts guests and other 2 are closed for private use when family go (rarely) to Tagaytay. Open spaces may be shared if there are guest in one other unit, otherwise the whole place is exclusive to you.
