"Hopefully this is helpful.. Bad: ocean bathing is clean and typical for area but you won’t see living coral along the shoreline. We were not there long enough to take the resort kayaks and snorkels out to where it probably is. About 200 yards I’d guess. That’s the end of the bad.. seriously. Good: Too long to list. Plenty of bula’s and most courteous staff. We arrived long before our check in time and they allowed us to relax and showed us where to park where the coconuts won’t hit your rental car. Food is good and the small size of the resort makes it so nice (they have maybe 12 tables). Sigatoka area is just far enough from the beaten trail that it is perfect. 2 full days with drinks and dinner was about $120 US dollars. Beyond reasonable. Do: Sigatoka river cruise. Pay front desk about 100 Fiji dollars (cash) and they arrange pickup and you pay the remainder at western style shop in Sigatoka (cards accepted). Beautiful lunch with kava in a village. They take precautions like using bottled water for the Kava so no issues. Eat everything, it is delicious. Must do, really. Find a church, regardless of denomination, they’re there. All beautiful with Fijian twists. We went to a Catholic Church (our faith- go to St Ptr Chanel) and also enjoyed the Hindu temples and home markings as well as the Islamic call to prayer which we heard while touring the Sigatoka rugby ground with a friendly player walking home. Truly beautiful. Summary: Go!"

"We had the best 10 days at Bedarra Beach Inn and were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The staff greet you with a smile and remember your name, the service by each and every one working there is exceptional. If you're looking for a chilled experience then you can't beat the Bedarra. The beach is clean with plenty of coral and fish. There is ample space on the grassed area to relax on the sun lounger under the umbrellas. Happy hour from 5-6 daily with 50% off on beer wine and cocktails. The food is delicious with plenty of options. The outrigger is within walking distance if you fancy a change of pace or food options. There are other food options close by (crab shack, beachside bar and grill and Sinbad Pizza). Overall we were made to feel at home and it was a extremely relaxing and comfortable stay. Special thanks to Vinni and Cecil for being so lovely to us, but everyone a massive shout out to the whole Bedarra Crew for your hospitality and service. Will absolutely be back again in the future!"

"Got a free upgrade do to some communication problems about imquirimg about upgrading early on. The second floor apartment overlooking the pool was absolutely stunning. The staff is beyond helpful and friendly. Can't say enough nice things about them. Snorkeling, just out front is spectacular. The food is awesome as well. I would go back there and stay again.One hundred percent"

"It is with heavy heart i leave 'Home'... aka Hideaway Resort and Spa in Coral Coast. From the moment,we arrived we were welcomed by the Porters... 'welcome Home'... and this phrase is used from Reception staff and Restaurant/Bar staff... Little they knew i lost my father 3 weeks ago and that by welcoming home, they touched my soul. We have stayed a numerous hotels in Fiji and some 5stars, however the hospitality we received here at Hideaway Resort and Spa was beyond the expectations. Kini, Miri, Tash, Peni, Taniela, Naomi, Amani, Sitari , Vala George... just to name a few were incredible humans. They made us feel at home, they left no stone unturned to make our family holiday one to remember for a life time.Accommodation was comfortable big rooms four us, 2 adults and 2 kids age 12 and 15. Daily room clean... thanks Miri you are a star. Clean beach and pool. Lots of activities organised by Activities Team, Thanks George you are one very talented person.Daily activities filled our days with excitement and we learnt how to cook chicken curry, tie a Sulu, tried roasted coconut, participated in games which had a price of free coffee, lucky me I love coffee. We had aqua dance, dinner shows and fire dance shows. Boat Fishing trip was easy to book via the activities teams, thanks Kini and Dan, you are both super stars.Taniela who sang us beautiful songs near the beach. You sing like an angel, Thank you.Restaurant and Bar staff your smiles are contagious. We love your services. THANK"
