"It’s an older hotel but still very good. The neighborhood is safe and there’s a supermarket across the street and a few good restaurants very close by (Yellow Chilli). Breakfast is excellent. Great staff, super helpful and friendly. Room was very clean. It’s only starting to look older."

"Grant location and helpful staff, but needs some maintenance and deep cleaning "

"Thank you to the entire Clayhall SRS team for making our vacation feel like a true home away from home. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the team was always responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything. "Very friendly staff"

"Upon arrival , they couldn’t find my fully paid booking through Hotels.com. I showed them my confirmation email etc. I had to make a separate payment for the night. I intended to stay 5 nights , but left the following morning due to the sub par levels of service and facilities "

"Service was good, but the entrance was scary, full of mini-buses and area boys. "

"Primal Hotel advertised on Hotels.com that free breakfast was included, it was not. The gym equipment was old and not working properly. The furniture in the room was rickety."

"The property was perfect for what we needed just an over night before flying out. "

"I had a horrible experience. I paid for the place and could not gain access because host was complaining that they don’t get payout on time from Expedia so they advise I cancel and pay cash but I already paid and I was denied access but yet to receive my refund. I therefore warn unsuspecting travelers to avoid this property or get humiliated and defrauded "
