I’ll be honest, the hotel itself is not bad and my boyfriend will give it a 5/5 stars. Amenities from the hotel including complementary sauna and steam room were nice to have. However, I couldn’t stand staying in the room itself, we stayed in two separate rooms on the VIP floor and both of them reeked of mold! I was very sick during that trip and the last thing you wanna do is come back to our room where you feel uncomfortable staying.

The rooms, staff, and ambience were excellent. I truly had an exceptional experience particularly with the decoration and pool service team. They paid so much attention to every decoration detail that was requested; and the lifeguard by the pool was also very attentive.

Great experience at this hotel. The staff were extremely kind and courteous. Do not use the in-house car rental service. Their cars are old, dirty inside and some have no seatbelts, and they disappointed me even after I paid fully weeks in advance.

Check in/ out-was good. Fast and friendly service. Cleanliness of room and facility- the room is a bit outdated and my room bathroom tub and shower was dirty. Also, the shower flooded and the shower bar fell off the wall. The AC was extremely cold and doesn’t have a thermostat so you can adjust it, and staff complaints went unanswered. All of the hotel glass and windows were dirty and you couldn’t see the views. The women’s locker room steam room was broke the entire time of my 10 day stay. Breakfast and Lunch- is buffet style and has something for everyone. Primarily Nigerian dishes with Indian and American options. Parking- used Uber to get around. traffic is a bit heavy during rush hours, so if you need to get to the city leave early or stay closer to inland. Staff was friendly and helpful Security- property has security and a metal detector. Elevator access for your floor only. Pool/Gym- didn’t use the pool. The gym was clean and had what you needed. Overall, it was decent, but a bit old on the interior and cleanliness is an issue for me.
