"Hidden Gem in Athens — Eternity Hotel I loved the central location. A true hidden gem near everything you need, with a convenient local grocery right next door. We booked last minute and were thrilled with the stay; if we had known they offer rooms facing the Acropolis, we would have upgraded. Highlights- Rooftop restaurant next to hotel: stunning Acropolis view, ideal for a memorable meal. Across the street rooftop bar: livelier atmosphere with a great Acropolis backdrop for sunset or a great night cap stop. Breakfast and coffee- Continental breakfast was amazing: fresh and satisfying. They offer fresh omelets' Lattes were the best we had in Athen's Bartenders and servers were exceptionally good. Great craft and manners like no other. Clean, comfortable rooms with reliable Wi‑Fi and a comfortable bed. They offered us a bottle of wine and large complimentary bottles for our first night. Overall Eternity Hotel delivers a memorable Athens stay: unbeatable location, stunning views, excellent breakfast and coffee, and warm hospitality. A true hidden gem in the heart of the city."

"I was looking for a special hotel as a wedding anniversary treat for my husband, Electra Metropolis, did not disappoint. Prior to arrival l contacted the hotel to request an airport transfer and mentioned that it was our wedding anniversary. I received a prompt and professional response with details of our transfer. First impressions of the hotel were excellent a smart doorman at the entrance a friendly greeting by the porter and a smooth check in by Alexia, as it turns out she also checked us out. Our room 506 was clean and spacious positioned on the front of the building. The outlook was to building works and some street noise could be heard in the room. Neither of which bothered us but some guests may not like that. A few hours after check in we returned to find a note in our room asking us to call reception. Imagine our surprise when we were brought a delicious heart shaped pudding and a bottle of prosecco. A gift in recognition of our special occasion, very much appreciated. We only had one day of sunshine so took advantage of the swimming pool area, a nice bonus in a city location. The views of the Acropolis on the roof terrace are a real highlight. Breakfast is plentiful and varied, we really enjoyed it along with superb service from everyone especially, Effiticia and Nicursor. All in all the experience was faultless, a great location, well maintained building and staff who take pride in there hotel and the service they deliver. Thank you 😊"

"My room was just how it looks in pictures. The room was quiet at night, I was able to control the temperature, and the bed was unimaginably comfortable. I slept great each night of my stay. Loved having the different mirrors when I was trying on outfits. The staff was super helpful and they each were very kind and willing to answer questions. The breakfast service was good and the location was PERFECT! I would definitely stay here again."

"Had Acropolis View suite. Early check-in thanks to Expedia Platinum. Big wraparound balcony, amazing views. Room not very big; massive king size bed, which was very comfy, but took up most of the room. Couldn’t turn AC off - it was pretty noisy. Two half litre bottles of water left in fridge every day was a bonus. Good quality coffee but why do little creamer? Local area a bit run down but obviously being regenerated - NLH and another modern hotel opposite ( with nice bar & garden and fantastic cocktails - try the Devils Gun!!), bar “Lokali” around corner had a lovely vibe, good drinks & service, popcorn and a great garden. You’re 10 minutes walk from Monistiraki station (direct metros to/from airport) 3 minutes from a Souvlaki place that had a permanent queue of locals & tourists waiting for tables & take-away, 5 minutes walk from Psirri neighbourhood and Ermou which are absolutely chock-full of quality bars and restaurants that are nicer and cheaper than Monistiraki. Market is close by on Athinas as are some good charcuteries etc. In 2-3 years Karameikos will likely be a real hotspot for travellers and locals. Today it is generally a bit rundown with a few bright spots…which makes it excellent value in Athens city centre."
