Loved our stay here, we had a great view of the acropolis and the spa tub was great after a long day of walking. The location of the entrance is in a quiet area and we had no issues coming in and out. The owner was responsive and easy to reach out to. Would definitely recommend!

We loved our stay here. Very clean apartment with all the amenities included. Very close to great dining streets that are a lot of fun to walk at night. Beautiful view of the city monuments, all a short walk to the Acropolis.

City centre Athens

The room was perfect for a 2 night stay, a few hundred metres from Monastereiki square, the heart of the city and a great transport hub. Clean and modern, 6th floor small apartment accessible by a lift. Decent views and quiet. Don’t be put off by the scruffy street and exterior. That tells the lie to what is inside, which is the most important thing. It was great value for money and I would go back again

Awesome short stay in Athens

Our host, Ioannis, was outstanding. He should give lessons to other hosts on how to provide service. The apartment was very new and very well equipped. Communications were excellent. I'll be bookmarking this place for our next trip for sure.

Fantastic stay! The apartment was clean and spacious. Everything was super close and walkable (we actually booked this last minute due to safety concerns at our previous pre booked stay) - felt safe walking around at night. Ioannis was a superb host, he managed to get us in to the apartment earlier than the normal check in time, provided us all the details we could need and was available at any time. Having an in apartment washer/dryer felt like such a luxury after a month of travelling and the kitchen was stocked with all we needed to prepare a meal. Recommend this place to all!

The panoramic suite had an incredible, clear view of the Acropolis and a hot tub in the unit that also had the clear view of the Acropolis. It was stunning. There was daily housekeeping and a minibar with beverages upon arrival. The apartment was immaculately clean and modern. The owner was a great communicator. The apartment is located in the buzzing Monastiraki area with amazing bars and restaurants, and right near public transportation. The apartment is located on a side street and you need a code to enter the building, and another code to enter the unit. The panoramic suite is on the 8th floor, but the elevator only goes to 7th, so you have to walk a small flight of stairs to get to the apartment. The apartment inside is just as amazing as the pics, and the area is fun and hopping. You are steps away from bars and restaurants. Would 100% stay here again and recommend to others.

The apartment was very comfortable. The area is very vibrant. Lots of small alleys full of restaurants and shops and graffiti. If you want Beverly Hills or Makati this is not for you. If graffiti doesn't bother you the area is great, walking distance to tons of shopping, restaurants, markets, and sites like the Acropolis. Having a fridge, stove top and coffee machine was nice, we had a couple of large restaurant meals with leftovers we were able to use for another meal. We did not book 3 days out of a 2 week trip because we were not sure we wanted to stay near the Acropolis for the extra days. We liked the apartment and area so much me booked another 3 day stay. Building lobby is rough, but once inside the apartments its lovely.

The property was within walking distance to all the, subway and trains. The owners repond within minutes and made sure all was good. Had a washer and dryer, which was a big plus right in the apartment. The area looks rough because of all the graffiti but all of Athens is like that. All safe. Never encountered any problems. Definitely recommend. Thank you!
