    Close proximity to local grocery stores, restaurants, and Titlow Beach. 1 minute drive to freeway (SR 16 N & S). Short walk to War Memorial Park. 10 mins drive to Chambers Bay Golf Course and DT Tacoma, 20 mins drive to JBLM, and 30 mins drive to SeaTac International Airport.

    Smart lock for easy self check-in and Ring Security Alarm for your protection and peace of mind. House in the West End of Tacoma that has: 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and 2 living rooms. Netflix and Roku are available on the living room tv.

    Room #1: One Queen bed (sleeps 2)
    Room #2: One Queen bed (sleeps 2)
    Room #3: One King bed (sleeps 2) + 3/4 Bathroom

    SECOND FLOOR (lower level): 1 bedroom and 1/2 bath:
    Room #4: Two Full beds (each sleeps 1-2)

    PARKING: About 4-6 cars can fit on the house's driveway

    Children welcome! Please ask if you would like to use a pack n play and/or high chair during your stay.

    You may encounter a variety of wildlife, including bees, birds, and other creatures that make their home nearby. Insects may find their way in if doors or windows are opened.

    No smoking inside the house.

    Quiet hours 10 PM - 7 AM; please respect the neighbors.

I was out there visiting family and friends. Great property for a family and friends. The location is perfect. Close to Ruston and a short 12 min walk to the beach. I would def stay again.

Wonderful Experience!

This house is amazing inside and has a cute sitting area outside with nice backyard! With 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms and an enormous kitchen and fun basement, it fit our family perfectly. The location is centrally located to many experiences and restaurants in and around Tacoma. We will definitely stay here again!

This is a lovely home for bringing multi-generation family together for special memories. There are beautiful and considerate touches throughout the house. We so enjoyed taking in the view from the wall of windows upstairs.The kids had fun playing ping pong downstairs, and the baby equipment was much appreciated.
