Absolutely fantastic stay!!! Would highly recommend. It was peaceful, clean, close enough to Tacoma for a short drive in, but far enough out to be away from the traffic and hubbub. If you like a cozy bed, spacious dwelling, gorgeous view, and seeing rabbits in the early drizzly morning while you rock on a porch swing, this is for you. We will be staying here again.

We love this place, it was clean, had everything we needed. I wish we had more time just to sit on the swing and admire the view. Checkin was a breeze and the owner was quick with communication. Would very much stay here again. Love the open floorplan and blackout drapes around the queen bed.

Commencement Bay Gem

My wife and I recently stayed for four nights. Although its a basement unit, the views are expansive and the accommodations are fantastic. Loved watching the sunset over the Olympic Peninsula and the location is much more peaceful than anything we have stayed at in the area. We will gladly revisit when back.

Great Find

This was the perfect place for us. Centrally located between Olympia and Seattle…where all of our plans were. Property is in bottom of host’s home. Private entrance in walk in basement apartment. The apartment is fully outfitted. The bed super comfortable. And an electric fireplace to make it cozy. The view was spectacular and we lucked out with some beautiful sunny days. Highly recommend.

Location: absolutely Serene , and very scenic location.Cozy basement house with door opens to give you a breath taking view and beautiful backyard. Looks like newly constructed basement but doesn’t look like a basement!.Bathroom has new fixtures.Fire place is beautiful.Sunset is beautiful and changes color everyday!Nearby Park and the lighthouse is lovely and peaceful.
