Welcome to our 100-year old home in the historic North Slope District of Tacoma. It is built for gathering with its large living/dining room, kitchen with eat-in bar, four+ bedrooms, and a vaulted attic that sleeps four. You will love the thoughtful design and touches in every room, including the refinished original hardwood floors upstairs. it is updated with all of the modern amenities you desire, including a chefs kitchen with a six-burner gas stove, smart TVs, and air-conditioner for our summer stays. Please keep in mind it is a 100-year old home with its charming quirks (please watch your step down the indoor stairs which are steep).

The real gem of our place is the huge outdoor patio with a covered area to enjoy year round and a Koi Pond with a family of live Koi (ask us if you would like to feed them!). This house is perfect for your family gathering or group vacation- it was meant to create memories in. Please note: we live on site in a separate cottage on the property.

Bonus: In addition to our covered patio and Koi Pond, guests have access to the detached garage/game room with ping pong table, foosball, and corn hole- entertainment for the whole family.

Amazing vacation rental!!!

My friends and I stayed for a night at the location and had an amazing time. The house was very clean and tidy, and it was in a beautiful area. Taylor was very kind and communicative and also very accommodating. My friends and I had a beautiful time at the venue!!

This property was amazing and so beautiful. Everything was well furnished, especially the kitchen. It’s an amazing place for family to get together and reunite as we did. There is a lot of space and it is kid friendly. The kids LOVED there third floor. It was their magic club house. I appreciate the hosts as they were very understanding and lenient, I also love how there is organic products in the household. They do t only care for the house but also the guests staying there. This listing is a 10/10.

The house and all the amenities was absolutely awesome.

The pics of the home doesn’t do it justice. It’s was so perfect and so great that everyone loved it. From the play room to the dinning room. It fit me and our family perfectly, yard was perfect for an Easter egg hunt for the kids. Words cannot express how much we loved it there. When we return to Tacoma we definitely will be staying there again.

Nice older home

We only needed to stay for one day so it was good for that but the beds were not comfortable at all and the third floor room was not practical for anyone in our group. The decorations were pretty and a lot of thought went into updating the house. The bathrooms were okay. Unfortunately the pictures made the house nicer than it was. BUT if you only need it for a day then I think it’s okay! Just wish better mattresses were put in.
