"Nice hotel just off the highway. Welcoming staff. Clean. A nice place to stay for the night. A bit noisy because it’s close to the highway, but it’s fine. A/C unit is adjustable in the room which is nice."

"There was a lot of noise, kids running upstairs in the hallways after 10 it was very hard to get some rest. There was a transient who came off the street just went into the eating area and was eating there and grab food and left. It was a little dirty outside as well . The staff was very friendly and courteous my air wasn’t working the first night . "

"My stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tacoma was excellent overall. The room was clean, the environment was quiet, and the staff were professional and courteous. The only downside was the limited parking, especially challenging for larger vehicles like my pickup truck. Despite this, the quality of the stay outweighed the inconvenience. I would recommend this hotel and plan to return when visiting Tacoma."
