Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
I can’t actually say if the place was actually clean or nice. We had our reservation cancelled an hour before check-in by the host. I didn’t see the message as I was driving over 4 hours across the state. My family arrived at the property and then saw the message. There was a family medical emergency and she had to cancel under those circumstances. I know things like that can be unpredictable but an hour before check-in? I got a message in my inbox that I can’t see while driving. A phone call would have been more helpful. But also, maybe have your place ready the day prior? Idk…Poor communication…
