Beautiful Valley Farm House, With View

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space located in the heart of the farming district of Puyallup. This space is a haven of peace and quiet, where you will enjoy Rody Creek outlining this 8 acre property. We are neighbors to Watson’s Nursery, right next door, a short walk to gorgeous seasonal flowers, a coffee shop and restaurant, and live reindeer at Christmas! In the summer, enjoy 4 acres of mowed lawn for kickball or picnics in our apple orchard. You will not be disappointed!!

Joan’s place was such a great find. It’s close to family we were visiting. Was spotless and had everything we needed. We enjoyed it so much we extended our stay a night and she was very accommodating with that. Will definitely be back!

This place tops the list for us as the best place to stay in Washington when we visit family, and we plan to book again on our next trip. Very clean, seamless check-in, communicative hosts. Family Thanksgiving

So happy we found this beautiful apartment for our visit with our daughter. The place was the perfect setting for our Thanksgiving dinner. Beautiful, clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. This is a lovely home and is well represented by the pictures. The kitchen is very well-equipped with high quality items, including pans, dishes and cutlery. The beds are high quality and very comfortable. Check-in was very easy. Strongly recommend and will probably try to stay there on our next visit to the Seattle area.

Beautiful Farmhouse with absolutely Wonderful VRBO SSpace

Three adult siblings with spouses came to tge area for a nieces wedding. We located this wonderful farmhouse on VRBO. The space was as described and was very comfortable and very well appointed. Wonderful welcome basket with treats! Beds were very comfortable and plush towels and wash cloths available in each bed room made very welcoming and organized. Communication with the hosts was always very timely. Simply stated - this is the most organized, most comfortable and most beautiful short term rental we’ve used. Exceptional!

Perfect Location to Gather Family for Daughter’s Wedding

This VRBO was perfect for us. We had six adults and three kiddos staying for daughter’s wedding in Auburn. We chose Puyallup as the location was convenient to Auburn. We also chose this VRBO because the number of bedrooms, generous gathering spaces and kitchen seemed to best match our needs as we prepped for the wedding. All linens, bedding and beds were quality and comfortable. Joan even borrowed us her stand mixer so we could easily make frosting for the wedding cake. Even though location was in an agricultural area, we did venture north to Seattle the day after the wedding for some city fun. All in all, a beautiful week at a beautiful place.

Visiting Home.

My four children and I flew back to Washington, (which is home for us) from Fort Campbell, KY. My children range from 3-20. My three year old is special needs, so it was really important for family to be able to come to us if need be. This home was not only large enough to accommodate that but it was very presentable. Everyone felt welcomed and comfortable. The area is safe and very well situated to get around town. The only very minor detail that I would change would be the water pressure in the showers. A very minor detail that will not hinder us from seeking out this property every time we go home to visit. As a military family we travel the country and move around quite a bit. This property ranks as my favorite stay.

Family Vacation

This home made our vacation an unforgettable one. It was wonderful to come back to such a beautiful home after a long day adventures in Seattle, Oregon, and Vancouver (Canada). The house has a beautiful large field that the kids were able to played kick ball and run around in. The home owner, Joan, is a very sweet person. She easy to communicate with and is very friendly. Joan's kindness is more than just being a great host. My daughter forgot her teddy bear when we left for home (California) and Joan had it mailed back to us, free of charge. She also attached a kind note to my daughter on the teddy bear stating, "I missed you but was very well cared for in your absence". We need more people like her in this world.

The apartment is beautiful with high end finishes. We had a great stay. If you have people in your group that have trouble with stairs be aware there are lots of them to reach the apartment.
