I like the fact that it had and living space around your hotel room. That is shared but you rarely see any of the other guests. Plus there’s smoking designated areas. That’s a plus.
Staff and customer service was excellent. One call away and they’re very attentive to your needs. But the property needs some updating like the linens are too old and there was a distinct smell that is coming from bathrooms and too much ants. You cannot leave food outside or it will be devoured by ants even inside the little refrigerator.
Advertising did not state you share a kitchen and lounge area with another couple, I had already spent a Lot of money for our long stay.
So I had to add a lot of extra money to what I had though I all ready paid for in the first place.
Zpad failed in telling the truth, and it’s classed as faulse advertising, I’ll never return at all.
The property was nice. But need be updated. the bathroom shower was so small. The room we have has roach infested. And the AC is not working properly we complain in the front in, that our AC is not cold enough. That we have to use our portable electric fan. They said somebody will check the AC. But the next day still the same The AC still not been fix. The Front in never offer anything for us atleast electricfan maybe. Cause we inform them that our baby couldn't sleep well because of the hot room.
Though its clean the ground floor unit bathroom emits a foul smell. Can't leave the bathroom door open.

property shares common area only have private bed and bath. No kitchen, bed was comfortable. shower was SMALL I had to squeeze between door an toilet my shoulder would hit walls if i try to turn sideways. is walking distance to metro mall with food also jolliebees next door and trycylce station
The proper has a string odor like human waste. I think you need to talk to them and fix it.

Initially there was no complimentary drinking water but they were quick to provide when I requested. The bed and blanket were comfortable. The water kept on dripping on the bathroom faucet and from the room you can hear the water drop from the aircon. Despite those, I would still consider staying there again next time.

Adequate. They don’t tell you that there is shared common place. I was told that breakfast was included when I booked, but they charged me for it anyway.
I wasn't aware that accommodations consisted of a combination of a shared living/dining area and a private room. Had a problem with water spilling out of the shower and into the room.

Overpriced room. A box with no natural light but air conditioning was ok. Tiny bathroom. Attached to a shared lounge which was extremely hot. One fan didn’t work. Asked about advertised massage but had to travel to another location, wait for the therapist to arrive. Too bad if there was more than one person needing. Decided to forego this option. Was highly recommended but a bit out of the way. Probably wouldn’t recommend.
