The room and hotel staff were very nice, toe facilities also very nice.. if you like jazz it is the place for you.. constant piped jazz music 24/7.
The restaurant also had a nice menu with a reasonable selection for a vegetarian. I can recommend this hotel!

This is a great place to stay in the Tacloban/Palo area. Easily the most comfortable and friendly hotel in the area. Exceptional facilities (2 great pools, 3 restaurants, outdoor bar), spaciopous grounds, attentive and friendly staff, I have nothing negative to say about this establishment.

This was our second stay at Zpad and the staff were as helpful and polite as before.
We mainly stay here because of the extra room and bonus living area provided in the Junior Suite as well as the central location between main shopping malls and proximity to the main road for transport.
I would LOVE the Suite to include some simple cooking facilities (eg, rice cooker and small hotplate) as well as a decent sized refrigerator to truly make the experience the "home away from home" that the hotel...
