"Good clean establishment we found the breakfast 3 times not hot at all and the lids left open not by the guests.. selection of food is mainly Philippine not much else, if the food was hot then 5 stars. The Manager Gerald was excellent!!!"

"No towels when we came in, I have to ask multiple times and came after 5hours and gave 2 only and we are 2 adults and 2 kids. And there’s falling out decayed wood/dust from the headboard of the bed.Water heater not working properly, it will be super hot and then super cold. Our next day, my kids are taking shower and suddenly water stopped. We called and said they run out of water amd have to refill. During breakfast we saw german cockroach under our table. "Staff are polite & friendly,offers help.However maintenance took a little time to fix problem in the room.Closet creaking badly-quick oil in brackets maybe?The bigger pillow,unusually big & hard -so uncomfortable.Sad coz it's beautifully located.Kids running in the hallway,guests doors kept open & you hear voices echoing in the hallway @ night.There should at least be rules in place for that.Plated food in the stead of breakfast buffet was horrible.Wishing them luck.All in all I appreciated the staff.❤"
