"Check in is an absolute nightmare in this hotel. They have a virtual agent who will tell you check in can't be early (it can depending on if room is ready) also told by Zoe virtual agent that no place to leave luggage while waiting for room. Another lie there is a storage space downstairs. Can be noisy event after I told them I was autistic still no help. On the plus side the property has coffee maker and free breakfast etc"

"Lovely clean room and very spacious. Check in was busy and staff did not explain anything about the hotel or the facilities. Very busy around the pools but there are plenty of loungers - although I don’t think the hotel was at full capacity so unsure what it would be like if it was full. Nice pool bar and great views out to sea, Comino and Gozo. Great little shop. Really easy to book taxis and airport transfers from desk inside the hotel with very helpful staff member. The Italian restaurant food was lovely but staff again did not explain when handing out menus what dishes were not available. The lobby bar was good and staff there were great. All in all we would go back."

"We had an excellent experience at this hotel which is certainly punching well above its weight and exceeded all of our expectations. Staff were amazing with a special mention Rj the wonderful Rabi and the housekeeping staff. A great base for exploring the area and the attached restaurant The Core was exceptional and offered a relaxed experience with beautiful food."

"We stayed at 5 hotels on our visit to Malta and Gozo. We only stayed at this hotel for one night, but found the location to be excellent. It had a good sized swimming pool with amazing views over Mellieha Bay. Our room was very big and we had a small balcony that had great views. It was within very easy walking distance to the main square by the church and restaurant's. The breakfast was very good with a varied choice of hot and cold foods. The staff were very helpful and allowed us to leave our bags in a secure place as we arrived early, plus we were given nice clean pool towels and allowed to use the pool prior to us checking in. Would we stay here again, yes very much so."

"We stayed at 5 different hotel on our visit to Malt and Gozo. Whilst the location of this hotel was fabulous and we really enjoyed our own private hot tub on our terrace, the room and en-suite is very small and cramped. This is not what we would consider to be a luxury room, as described on the website. The breakfast presentation looked very inviting, however it was not as described and you got what you were given, with no choice. As a pescatarian I had to request an alternative, as nothing was stated - I was given 2 boiled eggs in substitute of the cured meats and advised that smoked salmon would be an extra charge. There is also an additional charge for cooked breakfast of any type, other guests we spoke to chose to have breakfast elsewhere as it was cheaper and better. Also the hotel is split into two separate buildings and our checking and out were not very smooth. Would we stay again, probably not as we didn’t think it was value for money and as described and breakfast was too receptive."

"Staff primarily made a business trip feel like pleasure. At all levels throughout the property all staff were always helpful, attentive and genuinely friendly. 'Simone, Pardeep, Sandeep, Varica, Naveen, Poojay, Lavish, Darko and Arif' a few to particularly mention but my apologies to the many more. Rooms extremely well soundproofed, food fabulous and a great clean pool and area within the hotel..... Very well located for all that St Pauls and Buggiba offers. I look forward to returning...."

"Die Wohnung ist perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge mit einem Mietwagen, die Parksituation ist unkompliziert. Der Blick vom Balkon (2. Stock) über Mellieha ist fantastisch und die Ausstattung sehr gut. Die Gastgeberin wohnt gegenüber, ist sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und gut erreichbar. Es stehen mehrere Standventilatoren zur Verfügung. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei und wird durch Münzeinwurf aktiviert, um Missbrauch zu vermeiden. (Wir haben am ersten Tag 3 eingeworfen, sie wie gewohnt abends genutzt und das Limit in 14 Tagen nicht erreicht: also eine mehr als faire und auch sinnvolle Regelung.) Waschmittel, Handseife und Spülmittel stehen bereit, das hat uns bei Ankunft sehr geholfen. Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer sind mit Insektenschutzgittern ausgestattet. Mit Eurosteckern benötigt man Adapter (auf Typ G). Adapter (und Mehrfachsteckdosen) liegen bereit, bei uns hatten manche Wackelkontakt. Wer mehrere Geräte gleichzeitig laden möchte, sollte vorsorglich eigene mitnehmen. Erwähnenswert sind die Kopfkissen (80x40): die sind überraschend gut und auch fest - haben wir so gut selten erlebt."
