"Been a few years since we booked this hotel ,and to be honest there's a big difference. Lovely little garden and spotlessly clean all around .The bar as had a really lovely refurbishment, so much better .For a budget hotel you cant really moan .Nice comfortable beds and room serviced every day .Staff are great ,loved the Italian man on reception so friendly and helpful , think he said his name was Cowie?.,but anyway nice bloke. Anyway for what we paid in that time of the year was a bargain for the four of us.Breakfast ,we ordered at the table and was freshly cooked and ok. It's a little bit out of the way to the main square if you have walking difficulties but on the whole we enjoyed it"

"We had a fantastic stay at the property! It was nicer than the pictures and the bedrooms have had a refresh! We did find the chimpanzee next door concerning and made some guests feel uneasy but a wonderful time other than that!"

"Genuinely the best service we have ever experienced from a Hotel. From the minute we arrived we were made to feel so welcome. Dinner at The de Mondion was exceptional. Highly recommend staying in her to enjoy Mdina at night after the crowds leave."

"Can’t really go wrong with this hotel. Stayed here for 5 nights. Rooms were clean, very well organised. I had a top floor room (405) and had a balcony that faced the sea and the pool. AC was broken at first but the maintenance staff were so quick to repair it, didn’t even need to ask twice. The Nepali maintenance man made my stay absolutely perfect and deserves a raise as every time I saw him, he was working so hard and determined to do a good job at everything he put his mind to. Be sure to keep the AC on when you’re not in the room though, else you’d be greeted with a boiling hot room on your return. The receptionists at first left a really bad impression: they couldn’t offer any advice on things to see (one instead suggesting I use Google rather than asking her). However, that same receptionist turned out to really care about her job after she scoured every room looking to return a lost phone to the rightful owner. So they do care, they’re just curt and not enthusiastic about being there. Location is quite bad unless you want to be away from everything. It’s not actually in St Paul’s Bat proper, but rather in Xemxija, a small suburb on the outskirts of St Paul’s Bay. Still, plenty restaurants; a few shops; a fresh fruit market. We had everything we needed and didn’t mind the quiet."

"The room was spacious for 3 people.Its clean and location is perfect with a short 3 mins walk to the bus station.The only challenge was the stairs not too friendly for seniors or w/physical limitation.Otherwise we has a great 6 days stay in this guest house."

"We had an absolutely incredible stay at this property, I would highly recommend!The pictures do not do it justice, the property is stunning! It’s brand new, spotlessly clean, huge rooms, filled with all the utensils and amenities you could possibly ask for. Carl was incredibly helpful and friendly, and made us feel welcome. He provided support guides for everything we needed, kept in contact with us throughout our stay to ensure we were happy and looked after. Genuinely could not recommend this enough, we will be back when we return to Malta. Thank you again, Carl! It was an absolute pleasure!"
