"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Fabulous Stay! I absolutely loved my stay at Mint House! The property was fabulous,modern and incredibly clean. The location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. Everything was spotless and very well maintained, and the staff were amazing friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would absolutely stay at Mint House again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, modern, clean, and conveniently located place to stay!"

"I must say i really enjoyed staying at this property. I felt comfortable and safe being a lady traveling alone. I went grocery shopping to put food in the fridge, rather then eating at restaurants all the time, they have everything you need to prepare your own meals(except the food), this property also has a grill if you want to grill.They have Dove products. Staff very nice and professional. I read the reviews and i read there are at lots of ambulance sirens, there where some sirens but this property is close to JonesHopkins Hospital, in my eyes thats a plus. I stayed four nights and wanted to stay longer. I was able to use the free washers and dryers to wash my clothes before i left. Location is right off interstate coming from Tampa airport, located not to far from family i was visiting. The pool was nice also. Staff was exceptional, some one at desk all the time. I had no parking issues. I did pay the 10 dollars a day, but there was parking on side of the of the buiding you can use for free. I never stayed at Staybrige suites before this, i will be booking with them as much as possible, no matter where i visit. I can not comment on the breakfast, because i made my own at my convenience.for the smokers there is a area you can sit and relax away from other people. There is a park across the street if you want to get a walk or run in. The only thing i would say not a lot of walkable shops at this location , but if you get a car, you're not far from shopping."

"such a wonderful place to stay at :) although i was there for a night, i definitely felt a difference in environment than than a chain hotel. it’s cozy, homey, and the woman at the front desk was so, so nice! the location was great, in walking distance from a public and cvs and while i waited for my room - there was a saturday market going on right behind the building! definitely helped kill time and get breakfast while i waited, i requested an early check in and was accommodated quickly. best night’s sleep i’ve had at a hotel so if you plan on staying overnight in st pete, i definitely recommend staying here! thank you!"

"Our check-in experience was a delight with Henrietta sharing fabulous details about the 100 year old hotel. She also poured us a glass of prosecco to welcome us. It was a great touch. The rooms were clean and well maintained and the beds were definitely a step up from the standard Courtyard. The only negative was that the lobby bar/restaurant was not staffed our first evening and that was the only night we did not have dinner plans."

"Our stay was wonderful. Our only complaints were that the tabletop shuffleboard was pretty much not usable. There was no sand on the board which is essential. My husband and I love love to play shuffleboard while hanging out so this was a bit of a bummer for us. The second thing is that there was a huge pool party scheduled for Sunday at 1 till 5 in the afternoon. The problem is that it was open to the public. The pool is small. So the pool was unusable at this time which is a shame because we had planned Sunday afternoon as our downtime to relax. We had no prior knowledge of this prior to checking in otherwise we may have adjusted our stay. Other than this, the hotel is in a great spot. Walking distance to many restaurants. If you are headed to a rays game, the hotel is an easy 3 minute walk."
