Overall cozy, some equipment was lacking
The stay was overall good, only things to point out was the lack of a working stove and equipment for the oven. Very friendly atmosphere, nice calm surroundings and easy accessible parking nearby. Very nicely placed with a Lidl just beside it for shopping we found very convenient :) Another thing that could have been nice would have been a pamphlet with a guide to how to use the stove and oven, since we have no idea if it was broken or we simply couldn't understand how to turn it on. Apartment is nice an spacious though, small scuffs here and there, but nothing too major. Cleanliness was great and the windows were cracked open for nice ventilation at arrival (we lived on the 11th floor).

They claim to offer free parking - but that free parking is the parking lot of the adjacent super market or the street - these crooks even charged my credit card for a pay lot about a kilometer away which i didnt even use.

Die Unterkunft und Personal waren total in Ordnung. Uns hat nur ein deutscher Kanal im Fernseher gefehlt.

Die Fotos im der Anzeige waren nur bsp Fotos, wir bekamen ein vollkommen anderes Zimmer als wir gebucht hatten. Auch ein Anruf beider Verwaltung gab keine Besserung. Hotels.com hat nicht mal eine Telefonnummer für deutschen Support. Wir haben das eestexund letzte mal über Hotels.com gebucht.

Apartament brudny
Sam obiekt jest bardzo praktyczny dla rodziny z dzieckiem. Składa się z dwóch pokoi . Widok z 14 piętra przepiękny . I to tyle z pozytywów . Jak weszliśmy od apartamentu zauważyłam że łóżko i jest bardzo znoszczone , kuchenka brudna i nie mogłam ani ja ani mąż jej włączyć / nienadawała się do użytku . Na parapecie w sypialni leżała pusta paczka po papierosach poprzednich gości podejrzewam . Łazienka ma piękne czarne kafle na ścianach lecz niestety były tak brudne i w zaciekach że traciły swój urok. Podłoga była niestety także bardzo brudna jak i okna które są całym urokem tego pokoju więc powinny być czyste by z przyjemnością można podziwiać widok i panorame . Okna nie są duże i są tylko 2 więc wyczyszczen8e ich zajmuje 15 min. Ogólnie mieliśmy wrażenie że wcześniej pokój nie był sprzątany zbyt dokładnie . Szkoda bo to zabrało nam radość pobytu.

Czystość ok. Do życzenia pozostawia stan obiektu który jest mocno eksploatowany. Jedno z okien się nie domyka, muszla w łazience rusza się na mocowaniach, korek w umywalce jest zablokowany, wezgłowie nad łóżkiem w kiepskim stanie. Poza tym obiekt bardzo dobrze wygłuszony, wygodny materac, fajna miejscówka dla par. Polecam.
