The space
Ascending to the ground floor, you'll find a luxurious master bedroom, along with two charming double bedrooms that share a spacious bathroom. This floor also boasts a well-appointed kitchen, complemented by inviting front and back living and dining areas.

Originally a listed building, our residence has been lovingly restored and adorned by a talented Greek interior designer. Retaining its Cycladic neoclassical charm, the space seamlessly integrates modern conveniences for your comfort and enjoyment.

Step outside to discover a three-level garden at the rear of the building, leading directly to the sea with breathtaking views of the enchanting island of Mykonos. Guests of this property have exclusive access to the lower of the garden levels, while the 2 upper levels are reserved for the owner or guests of the top-floor flat. Please note that the staircase to the sea is shared among all occupants.

Conveniently situated at the heart of the city, you'll find a plethora of dining options, bars, coffee shops, and the port just a leisurely 5-minute stroll away.

For added convenience, the owner can arrange additional services such as cleaning during your stay, subject to availability and at an extra cost tailored to the length of your visit.

Guests will have full access to the two floors of the whole building as well as 1 garden level (the lower level with kitchenette and WC facilities).

The gulf of Vaporia is the best location on the island. It has beautiful neoclassical buildings right by the sea and the most expensive hotels of the island. Vaporia is the only place in Ermoupolis people have access to swim. There is a beautiful beach bar/restaurant accross the property that you can walk or swim to! It is picturesque and offers view to the endless Aegean blue sea.
