What a spectacular view from the balcony. Our room was below the Fira to Oia walking path and very private unlike some of the more expensive hotels right on the path. We would definitely stay here again if we were in Santorini.

2 nights stay in Prekas Apartment with family

We had a memorable stay in Prekas apartment. The view is spectacular and the sunset view from the balcony is breathtaking. Hotel staff are really nice and attentive. The stove was not operational however when asked they gave the electric stove quickly. The pool facing the caldera view was also very beautiful. Bus stop to Fira is 10 mins with family. Also if you would like to go to Oia there is a bus stop around 15 mins which goes directly to Oia. But while coming back you have to go to Fira and then come to Imerovigli. I feel the views in Imerovigli we re more nice and beautiful will less crowd than Oia. also the blue dome of Imerovigli was less crowded. Overall a very nice and memorable stay. Thank you😊

We rented the family apartment. During off season, it was difficult to get hold of reception. On entry, the place has a sewage, moldy smell. We kept the bathroom, fans, the one window constantly running, opened. The shower is super tiny and difficult to contain the, water. On the first night while showering, the main drain backed up and we ended up with water in our common space. The staff came after an hour to unclog the pipe. The view from the shared balcony was gorgeous though, you what you pay for.

incredible view , apartment is great . You have everything you need not a luxury stay but decent but the view out of your balcony conpensates all . highley recommend it . Reception desk guy nice . Very helpful in answering our questions and arranging for transfer pick up to airport .

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la situation de l’hôtel, la vue imprenable, l amabilité de l’équipe, et le fait qu il soit légèrement en retrait avec un peu moins de passage et d’affluence touristique que d’autres hôtels à proximité. Son caractère reste authentique et préserve l’intimité de ses hôtes. Seul bémol, pas de petit déjeuner et la proposition de livraison de breakfast en box est à éviter, bien que très pratique, car peu qualitative .

Virkelig godt til prisen

Dejligt lille sted med 9 værelser i alt. Ligger på toppen af calderaen med fantastisk udsigt. Lejligheden er af ældre dato, og meget standard. Men sikke en udsigt fra terrassen! Hyggelig fællespool med udsigt. Rigtig godt til prisen. Obs! Mange trapper til og fra restauranter og indkøb i Imerovigli.

Accueil et personnel sympathique. Grande chambre propre, air climatisé super! belle piscine et que dire de la vue de la chambre ! Seul bémol, le drain de la salle de bain débordait à toute les fois que nous prenions notre douche. Le plancher de la salle de bain était donc inondé à chaque fois. On nous a dit avoir envoyé la maintenance mais le problème n’a jamais été réglé et nous avons dormi là 5 jours…

Sejour très agréable. Tres bon accueil et situation merveilleuse. Appartement confortable et conforme a la description, excepté les plaques de cuisson qui ne fonctionnent pas, et donc pas d'equipements de cuisson. Quelques bruits d'eaux certains matins mais sinon tres calme.

Great view!

The view from the rooms is really incredible! The room is pretty basic but opening the door and looking out into the water and watching the sunset from the balcony is pretty spectacular. The room also had a little kitchen area which was really nice so we could make sandwiches and have breakfast in the room. Easy walking distance to a lot of restaurants and public transportation.

Great location and price

Great place for the price. Fantastic view. Great help with suitcases and really nice possibility of having breakfast delivered. However, we were without power for 20 hours - this was very troubling with 35 degrees and no phone charges. This happened for some of the local hotels due to the heat. Such things happen, but it was not handled very well. No concerns or other offerings - even a free coffee or breakfast would have been great. But staff didn’t seemed to bothered and told us that this is just how it is. We hardly slept that night and couldnt get in touch with anyone. This was a big discomfort.

Amazing sunset views!

We had an incredible stay at Prekas apts, really good location with amazing sunset views, very attentive staff and faultless communication. We booked the cave for 6 pax, although it is very spacious it could be improved removing unnecessary furniture and upgrading the deco. I’d highly recommend Prekas and we’d be glad to return. Massive thanks to Lefteris and his team.
