Staff was very friendly and helped us with any questions we had. The rooms were clean and finding a parking spot was very easy so that was nice!

Marriott Syracuse Downtown
Our booked room wasnt clean on arrival, they offered us a different room, luckily it worked for us, we changed rooms, and they were able to accomidate with coupons to the resturant.

The staff was rude and mainly unhelpful at most points. They were frequently missing from the front desk even during open hours. The entire hotel smelled like smoke and pot smell.
