Walk in the front door and the home draws you toward the lake, enter the great room and you are impressed by the vaulted timber framed ceiling and floor to ceiling Anderson windows. This home has 1 canoe, 2 kayaks, 2 paddleboards, swimming platform, lake chairs & float, lifejackets, etc. NOTE ELECTRIC MOTORS ONLY ON THIS LAKE. This upstate NY gem is in a private setting yet less than 5 minutes away from the interstate. Song Mountain Ski resort is 3 minutes away, Vesper Hills Golf Course is down the road (with a beautiful restaurant overlooking Otisco Lake), 1911 Cider House, Syracuse and Cortland are just 20 minutes away. Nature trails and parks surround the area, and the finger lakes are less than 30 minutes away. This lakefront home is truly one of a kind.
