The house is not accurately represented with the pictures provided. Was more like a college town student apartment with bare necessities. Refrigerator and freezer did not cool. Set on coldest setting, we had to throw food away. Broken glass on porch. Plus side was close to the NYS FAIR.

We arrived at 6 pm and the cleaning people were still there. The owner had forgotten our booking until I contacted him at 4 pm for check in instructions. We were not able to get inside before going to a concert. When we got back at 12 am, the cleaner had not locked the door and the other door was left open/ajar, in not the best neighborhood. The place itself was as described.

Pictures did this too much justice

My family and I were in town for a lacrosse tournament and looking for a place to stay near the event. Pictures looked nice for the price and space, however, felt very mislead. I was never sent check in information, and upon arrival walking into the entryway we were greeted with a pile of broken glass in the one corner and ut being very dirty. I placed my items on the coffee table and it was on the verge of falling over. The fridge in the kitchen was beeping and upon opening it, i found spoiled milk and other left over items, and a smell that matched, and we could not get it to stay cold the entire stay- luckily we had a cooler, but not optimal at all when we expected a working fridge. The upstairs was close to 80 degrees and no air conditioning was running or plugged in, and furniture in the one upstairs room was also ready to fall over and dangerous for small children to be around. I understand this is an old house, but it was not even remotely ready for someone to be renting it, we were very dissatisfied.
