"Beautiful villa and wonderful staff. You do need a car to get anywhere. WIFI only works for the phone not a laptop. Breakfast is a croissant and a cup of coffee."

"Hotel Posta is the perfect small hotel in a great location. If you have a car the public parking is steps away, walking around is a breeze. So many great restaurants. My room was perfect, roof top terrace, breakfast and a very friendly staff. "

"Overall, an excellent hotel in a great location. Beautiful building, comfortable bed, wonderful breakfast in the morning. Really can’t complain about anything. "
"The property is secure and there is an elevator. My room was very clean and had everything a traveller would need, including a complete kitchen. I was there in late fall and the heating system worked very well. The bathroom was modern and quite clean and there was plenty of room in the shower. The host was very helpful and her suggestion regarding where to eat breakfast was a good one. The host also provided a great deal of practical information regarding what you might need in Siracusa. You are close to the train and bus stations but the neighborhood is safe. It is only a short walk to Ortiga. This property is a wonderful option for a long-stay or a short one in Siracusa. I would definitely stay there again."
"Myself and my girlfriend stayed her for a short (a few days) trip in Ortigia, and the experience was great.
The location is amazing, right on the beachfront near everything, and the staff go above and beyond. We weren't the easiest guests im sure, we had many small, but persistent requests and the staff were consistently friendly, and more than happy to meet our requests with grace and enthusiasm. Our stay in Ortigia was enhanced by the staff at the Dorus Mariae Albergo. I can't comment on breakfast, as we opted to have brunch at a nearby Bistro, but this is in no way a comment on the breakfasts at the hotel; this is simply how we like to holiday.
Overall, a wonderful experience here, with wonderful staff in an absolutely beautiful location."
