"All employees were so wonderful and accommodating, waterpark was a fun time for all involved, would book with this property again and again just on customer service alone! Was looking forward to breakfast that wasn’t included, so just prepare ahead. Expedia however didn’t have current operations hours posted on their site and took away half of our promised experience. Thank you to the staff at Splash Universe for a great time!"
