My one complaint was a lady that apparently worked there had to comment on me filling my water bottle at the juice machine. Instead of just having her employee? Just clean it after. I was nice enough to pick up her napkin for her earlier, not knowing she worked there, while she made 3 coffees and I waited patiently for her to move so I could get some hot water for my oatmeal. I walked up to the machine and she felt she had to give me a science come tart on micro biology and germs. It was rude and uncalled for. It put a negative experience on the place. The room was nice, areas clean, pool clean etc.."
