"The property was so dirty, it stunk so bad and there was handprints on the headboard, shower was cold no hot water at all and you could tell they havnt cleaned the room in a while. I stayed in my car because I refused to sleep in that dirty bed."

"Overall, the property was clean. However, it seemed to be under staffed. Our sheets were dirty when we arrived and when I shared this with the front desk she was alone and had to give us a completely different room (a much better room although same amenities). Also, the staff on when we checked out was rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. I was so annoyed that I forgot to get her name."

"Kim’s house was the perfect stay for my family and me. The pictures truly don’t do it justice the space felt even larger and more inviting in person. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials needed for cooking.The location couldn’t have been better. We were able to easily walk to the beach, the playground, and several great nearby restaurants. Communication with Kim was seamless throughout our stay, and all instructions were clear, concise, and easy to follow.We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend staying here!"

"Never experienced the breakfast at this location, because I sleep late, but at first glance, from the window, it looks legit. Upon arrival, I was like what did I book here?? Surprisingly, this is quiet the pleasent stay. Rooms are extremely clean. The walls could use a wipe down but you can tell, from the previous reviews, they're trying and making an attempt for the better. The only improvement they can make is the noise level after hours, due to the high level of construction workers who do stay and simi party outside of the rooms. If you call the front desk, they clearout though. Overall, nice stay. "
