We had high hopes for this cabin because it was spacious and pet-friendly, which were the biggest positives of our stay. Unfortunately, several major issues significantly impacted our experience.The biggest problem was the lack of water pressure. The upstairs shower was essentially unusable, the downstairs shower barely had enough pressure to shower comfortably, and the kitchen sink had so little water pressure that washing dishes and preparing meals became frustrating. At one point, we even lost water completely.The washing machine also did not work during our stay, which was disappointing, especially for a longer trip. To make matters worse, we found a baby cockroach in one of the bathrooms.Every issue was reported to the property management team. While they responded by apologizing and telling us the complaints had been escalated to emergency maintenance, no one ever contacted us or came to address the problems during our stay. It was disappointing to repeatedly report serious issues without any resolution.This cabin has a lot of potential because it is roomy and welcoming to pets, but the lack of basic amenities functioning properly and the absence of meaningful support from property management made it difficult to enjoy our vacation.
