The Space:
A short entrance hall leads to an open-plan kitchen/living room, with polished floorboards in the U-shaped kitchen, lots of bench space for food prep, an induction cooktop, under-bench oven, a microwave, Breville coffee maker and a good sized fridge. The living area is carpeted and comes with a wall-mounted reverse cycle aircon unit, a comfy 3 seater sofa, an occasional chair, a glass-topped coffee table and smart TV. A dining table for 2 can also be used as a desk if needed. Floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors (with block-out blinds) open up to a roomy balcony with a table setting for 2 people and 180 degree views to Sydney’s east and west.
Back inside the apartment, the carpeted bedroom has a queen-sized bed, its own TV (with free-to-air channels), a portable tower fan and mirrored wardrobes. Plantation shutters on the windows help control the light flow. The apartment’s bathroom comes with floor-to-ceiling tiles and a combined bath/shower with a frameless glass screen. There’s also a dedicated laundry room with an LG front loader washing machine and an Electrolux dryer.
The apartment has its own security car space while the building itself offers a barbecue area, a heated 25 metre lap pool and fully equipped gym with sauna.

Less than 3 kilometres from the Sydney CBD (Downtown), Surry Hills has a vibrant, evolving cultural, café and arts scene. Terrace houses have been converted into popular eateries, fashion boutiques and bars – check out nearby buzzy Crown Street and see what’s on offer. Lovers of live performance will appreciate the Belvoir Street Theatre located only a 4 minute stroll from the apartment. For your grocery needs, there’s a Woolworths metro supermarket under 10 minutes on foot. Oxford Street is 15 minutes’ walk away, home to more Sydney’s world famous Mardi Gras parade.
