Apartment was in great location but we chose it as it had a BBQ & outdoor area which we wanted to enjoy. on day 2 we realised we had no gas, we informed stays, it took 2 days to get gas, that was christmas day, then they realised BBQ wasnt working, we were so annoyed, it wasn’t fixed till day 6 of our stay so we couldn’t use the BBQ, we had to deal with all this on a holiday, also no TV remote working properly & chairs badly stained, delph chipped, & some delph not clean, some sheets had rips!I wouldn’t use this company again.

Property in need of some TLC
Many items are broken and/or in a poor state of disrepair, ad photographed and reported to MadeComfy, last of all the removed BBQ
This is unit was very dirty and we did not stay.
There was blood spattered over the main bathroom bath tub.
Dirty brown water leaked from the main basin. The tap was not attached to the sink.
The walls and floors were filthy. Do not stay here
I thought I would go into detail about this place
Firstly the Lights in the bathroom of the ensuite do not work
The house was dirty
There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher
The vacuum provided was not working either
All the blinds because they are electric wouldn’t even go up they would go up in the one bedroom that wasn’t the ensuite.
The door to get on the rooftop wasn’t opening
I’m very disappointed with this place. We tried turning the power on and off but nothing would work to even get lights to work in a bathroom.
The side door doesn’t open completely as advertised as well
But Also to my surprise there was a leak in the sink of the main bathroom
