- Welcome to this freshly renovated beach house, 210 meters from the world famous Manly beach. While this spacious home located in a quiet neighbourhood is perfect for a family BBQ or group of friends, we are close enough to all the Manly action.
You are only:
2 minutes walk to restaurants & shops
3 minutes walk to the beachfront
14 minutes walk along the beach to bustling Manly Corso
This ground floor space boasts 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, living room, 3 work spaces, 2 large decks, outdoor BBQ, and undercover parking for one vehicle. The entire property has been recently renovated.
You will have the entire ground floor to yourself, including unrestricted use of the carport, and front and back yards.
I work weekdays 8am-6pm, but am generally available out those hours.
