    NOISE & SENSOR DISCLOSURE

    A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front entrance for security purposes only. It records video at the entry and does not capture activity inside the home.

    A sensor in the living area monitors noise levels, temperature, and motion. It is not a camera and does not record images or raw audio.

    No parties, gatherings, or events are permitted. Breaches may result in immediate cancellation.



    COMPLIANCE & SAFETY

    In line with local short-term rental regulations, guests must provide a valid government ID and complete our check-in form prior to arrival. All information is handled securely and used solely for verification.



    ONGOING IMPROVEMENTS

    We are continuously improving The Jones to enhance guest comfort. Additional air conditioning will be installed in the main bedroom by mid-January 2026.
