THE GOOD - Excellent location - Fantastic views - Good sized space THE BAD - Beds were very hard... I stood on one and it didn't even dip, I don't think there are springs in it at all - The pillows were awful... they collapsed and provided no support... upon enquiry we were told that the single extra pillow already in the room was all that was available unless we wanted to pay extra... we ended up buying our own pillows. - For a 5 night stay there was only a single extra towel among us, we were told if we wanted extras it would cost extra. - Internet WIFI is not secured... I chose to hotspot my work laptop to my phone rather than use the open WIFI - The balcony door lock has been removed.. I worry that there is nothing stopping a child going outside, climbing onto the outdoor furniture that's quite close to the railing and falling over the edge WHAT COULD BE BETTER - Double ply toilet paper instead of single ply - More than 1 extra pillow & towel for a room that can accomodate 4 people - Maintenance is needed, hallway cupboards broken, holes / water stains / cracks in the ceilings in the entrance way - A cast option for the TV... pretty much standard on modern TVs NOT MENTIONED ON THE LISTING - The ensuite in the main bedroom has no partition, you can see the crapper and shower from the bed
