➤ Check-in/Check-out: Our check-in time is from 3pm and check-out is before 10am. Let me know if you need special arrangements, and I’ll do my best to accommodate.

➤ Please handle the keys with care to avoid any inconvenience during your stay. In the event you lock yourself out, the cost of a locksmith will be your responsibility. If this occurs, contact me right away, and I’ll assist in arranging help.

➤ If the keys are lost, a replacement for the fob and door key will incur an additional fee of $500 AUD.

➤ Please let us know if you will need the sofa bed, baby cot and high chair for your stay as these will only be available under request.

➤ Noise: The apartment is located in the heart of the city, so some ambient noise is to be expected. Additionally, there is construction happening in front of the building, which may cause some noise during the day.
