A complimentary dedicated parking space in front of the unit’s lockup garage. Unless your car fits the narrow entry. A real bonus !



STAIRS : The unit is on the second floor, accessible via stairs only.



BOOKER MINIMUM AGE : must be over 25y old or more



MAXIMUM GUESTS / Bed CONFIGURATION

Maximum occupancy: 5 guests. Please ensure all guests are accurately recorded in the booking section including children.

Bedroom configurations: 1 King bed, 1 queen bed, 1 single sofabed.



SOFA-BED USE - single size

For a booking of 5 guests, the sofa bed use is included.

For 3 or 4 guests needing separate beds, sofa bed use (including linen) is available for an additional $60 AUD.

Please request your host and pay for sofa bed use before arrival so it can be prepared for check-in.



MID-STAY CLEANS can be organised at extra cost

PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED at our property. Penalties will occur.

QUIET TIME: noise level to a minimum between 10pm and 7am to ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbours.

SMOKING is strictly prohibited, even outside. This policy helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests and neighbours residents close by.



PETS : not allowed

Chantal, your dedicated co-host and Experience SuperHost, will primarily be available via your Airbnb messaging inbox.

For longuet stays, I try to come and greet you in person on arrival.



I will specially liaise with you at the time of booking confirmation to verify your bedding preferences and ensure you've understood the pre-booking message. Additionally, I will liaise closely with you upon arrival to ensure a smooth self-check-in process.
