The Space:
Welcome to this charming Edwardian terrace, located within the historic Redfern Heritage Conservation Area. As part of this protected heritage precinct, certain structural features and original elements of the property must be preserved. For this reason, some modern alterations and upgrades are restricted in order to maintain the home’s historic character and architectural significance.
This beautiful heritage home features both a front yard and a private backyard, offering a unique experience in the heart of Sydney. As the property is surrounded by mature trees and open outdoor spaces, it is normal for leaves, dust, and other natural debris to collect in the front yard, backyard, and occasionally near the kitchen entrance, especially on windy days. In some cases, leaves may also blow inside when doors or windows are open.
While our professional cleaning team thoroughly cleans and inspects the property after every guest checks out, outdoor dust and leaves can reappear naturally due to the property’s location and heritage design. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control.
Likewise, there may be a few minor imperfections that are typical of a heritage home. These are part of the property’s original character, and in some cases cannot be altered or repaired due to heritage conservation requirements. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the unique charm and history that make this home so special.
