Located near Fox Studios and Sydney Sports Stadium as well as major universities and hospitals, making it a perfect place to stay.Perfect for families, sportsmen, entertainment industry personnel, academics, business, medical staff and solo adventurers, or as a romantic getaways. Suitable for longer stays this luxe apartment has great amenities.

Located just minutes’ walk from three main shopping centres, with nearby cinema, multiple local golf courses and there is precinct café, assortment of takeaways and niche activities such as Gin making and baking courses and transport links just moments from our door. Loads of restaurants and right near at "the spot" entertainment precinct.

Close by to: Kingsford Smith Airport, Shopping, Restaurants, sport stadiums, hospitals, Universities, public transport to Sydney CBD & beaches (Bondi & Coogee), Fox Studio Entertainment Quarter. The main building is a1930 traditional semi-detached home with the level 1 renovated apartment and surrounding garden courtyards, outdoor pavilion with BBQ and kitchenette. It also has the standout feature is the inground mineral pool with water bench and gas heated inground spa. The pool and spa area has misted sun beds so you can lounge on site and enjoy the Australian sun or take the 5 to15 minute drive to our famous eastern beaches.

With separate access and up a flight of exterior stairs you will find a Luxe, cozy, open plan, coastal/BOHO themed apartment, adorned with original art. The beds are orthopedic and comfy and the apartment has block out blinds that are perfect for a good night's sleep. There is a dedicated study space in the main bedroom and the bathroom is well appointed with a giant rainfall and handheld shower. There are two smart TVs, fast WIFI, a safe, plush leather lounge, kitchen & dining area offering the comforts of home. All the basics amenities that you will need for a short or longer stay.

The host lives in the downstairs bungalow and maintains the pool area and gardens. The pool is fully enclosed with inset glass panels to always keep young kids safe and visible for you to supervise.

There are on site laundry facilities at the rear courtyard, that you share with the host, and you can arrange to have your washing done for a reasonable fee.

The apartment is not wheelchair accessible and young children and toddlers need to be always supervised. The property is "small" pet friendly for fur babies up to 15 kilograms (33 pounds). There is a toy poodle named Leo who lives on site with the host. He is friendly, socialised and well behaved.
