  • Located in a quiet and historic East Sydney laneway, this ultra-modern house is around the corner from iconic Bill & Tony’s café and City Gym and a short walk to Cook & Philip Park pool, Hyde Park and the centre of the CBD.

    Surrounded by historic 1850s terraces, the house is built over two levels and has good security. The bedrooms are located on the ground floor, with a light and airy open-plan living area on the first level flowing onto a large deck with a gas barbecue and outdoor furniture.

    You couldn’t want for a more convenient location whether you’re in Sydney to work or play.
