As well as the beach, Balmoral/Mosman has boutique shopping, cafs and restaurants walking distance away. An easy commute to the city with buses at your doorstep running to the CBD or down to the wharf to catch a ferry across the harbour. Property Features -
    Sleeps 4 1 x Queen Bed 1 x Double Bed Level 1 Security Building Aspect -North/East Minimum stay of 5 nights or more with some properties having minimum 3 or 6 month requirements. Utility contribution charges apply. Restaurants nearby. Good flat but a bit tired and not that clean bed and bedding very good bu there’s building work going on in adjacent building a bit noisy during the day Excellent position very nice area nice beaches. Despite the shortcomings it suited us well.

Unclean, false advertising, avoid at all costs

We arrived to an unclean apartment, previous guests towels still in the laundry basket, filthy old carpets not vacuumed (note they crop these out of the photos for a reason, they desperately need replacing), all crockery and pans needed to be washed before we used, two lights in kitchen not working, blinds not functional. Terrible stay - avoid at all costs.
