Excellent a la carte breakfast, great atmosphere, very clean, nice staff, great location and easy parking. Much better than 4 star hotels in area. The only thing missing is air condition, in room safe and mini bar. Will definitely stay there again.

Terrific Hotel in the City Center
Stay was terrific. Breakfast was great and the staff was very supportive. The location is perfect, in the middle of the city and a block from the waterfront.

Perfect for town centre stay
Hotel located on a quiet side street right in the town centre within easy walking distance of the cross river ferry. Single room was small but very comfortable, bathroom and shower was spotless. Excellent breakfast. Most helpful staff. Strongly recommend this hotel for a town centre stay.

Very nice hotel close to ferry
We checked in late with no problem, very nice, old fashion room with "home" feeling, with balcony overlooking river. Smoking place provided on each floor (separate balcony). Very good selection of food (breakfast buffet) in cozy (with fireplace ), very tasteful decorated dinning area. Staff very polite, and helpful.

A very experienced single traveller from the uk
Very nice cosy room ,but don't try swinging a cat around! A mouse maybe. There is no wireless wi fi any where not even standing at the reception desk. Nice breakfast with plenty of choice

Vi hadde ett fint opphold.go service i fra personalet.det var også nært til stranden og parker også nært til havnen og godt utvalg av små resturanger. God service på de og.fint og spasere på tur om kvelden .ett stille og rolig område .passer fint for familier med barn

Espantoso.
Recepción: un tipo con cara de enfado que dice: quiero irme, que os hagan el cheking mañana. Comodidad: aire "condicionado" a que un ventilador de Leroy Merlín enfríe una habitación que ha estado a 36º. Spoiler: sin éxito. La sábana era un nórdico. Limpieza: al quitar el nórdico de la funda, manchas amarillas. Servicio: muy bien las chicas de la mañana. General: un hotel para no volver a un precio monstruoso (150€).

Bra mellanklass.
Hotellet ligger bra till, nära båtarna om du kommer från Sverige, gratisfärjan över till hamnen är bara några minuter bort. Ingen AC vilket hade behövts när det var 30 grader ute. Rummet var riktigt fint, badrummet av lite äldre modell, men ändå rent och fräscht.

Szanowny Panie Robercie, Przykro nam że pobyt w hotelu nie spełnił Państwa oczekiwań. Otrzymał Pan pokój dwuosobowy typu twin zgodnie z dokonana przez Pana rezerwacją. Ocena którą Pan zostawił jest niesprawiedliwa ponieważ nie mieliśmy możliwośći zmiany pokoju ze względu na brak dostępności. Zawsze staramy się by nasi goście byli zadowoleni ale w tym przypadku nie mogliśmy nic zrobić, Mimo wszystko zapraszamy ponownie. Pozdrawiamy.

First of all, when we arrived they charged tax and vat that our price on hotels.com already said was included. Second, all activitys has high charges. The rooms was very dusty, as they havent been used or cleaned for months. I wouldnt stay there again.

Guests highly appreciate the cleanliness of our hotel. In case of objections regarding the cleanliness of the room, it was necessary to report the problem to the reception instead of issuing an anonymous review after departure. Die Unterkunft war sauber, das Personal sehr nett. Die Handtücher hätten nicht nach einer Übernachtung gewechselt werden müssen. Am Abend konnte man auch gut im Hotel sitzen aber es gab keinen Schoppen Wein sondern nur eine ganze Flasche, das war nicht schön. Am ersten Abend wollten wir eine Schnaps drinken, der war eindeutig zu warm.

Schlecht geschlafen…
In der Dusche kam man sich vor wie in einem Einmachglas. Leider auch kein Wasserdruck und das Wasser lief auch kaum ab. Das Bett sehr weich mit einer Inkontinenzmatraze.
