Bayside A - Apartments and Studios provide self-catering accommodation in the vibrant St. Julian's area, known for its lively Paceville nightlife, casinos, pubs, and clubs. The apartments feature modern furnishings, balconies with street or in-land views, and outdoor furniture. Located approximately 10 km (16 minutes by car) from the airport, they offer convenience and comfort.

This 2-bedroom apartment is equipped with one kitchenette (electric stove, kettle, utensils, pots and pans, refrigerator, microwave), living room with TV, small dining counter, providing ample space for relaxation and meals, and two bathrooms. This property also comes with a well-sized balcony with inland views and can comfortably accommodate 8 guests, up to a maximum of 12.

1. Please note that the damage deposit of €200 to be collected by the property applies to a maximum of 4 people only. This is adjusted to €50 per person from the 5th person onwards (payment by card).

3. WI-FI is available for free in all of the buildings (for less than 28 nights stay) and is not applicable for 28-night stay and above.

4. Parking is available on the street.

5. Paid washing machine and dryer available on the lower ground floor.

6. The gym is open in the building and open from May to September.



7. No daily cleaning for the unit.



8. Monthly rates from 28 nights are for a MINIMUM OF 3 PERSONS; EXTRA PERSONS are charged extra. Reservation price excludes utility bills, wifi/TV connection, and after check out cleaning fees (applies for deep cleaning, repainting works, and linens laundry) are paid monthly in advance.

(d) Refundable deposit will be the equivalent of the monthly rate and if cancelled before arrival or during the duration of stay, it is NON-REFUNDABLE.



(e) After check out, cleaning fees for a 28-night stay or long stay is €200 which applies for laundry of linens, repainting, and deep cleaning works which is paid in advance at the property on arrival.
